Regardless if you're scheduling me for a shift or four months worth of care, there will always be an agreement in place between us. At the signing of the agreement no less then thirty (30) percent of the agreement will be due as a retainer. The retainer will then be deducted throughout the entire agreement.

I require that you purchase no less than the hour's you have scheduled for the upcoming week before a new week begins. Those hour's you have purchased will be put in a "bank" and I will provide you an update weekly of how many hour's are pre-purchased. The more hour's you purchase at a time, the less per hour the fee will be. My hourly ra
